Morning
I need to have my current Prepaid Cell Number transferred to my new contract which was activated on Friday, 08 March 2013 according to the call center. When I requested the contract on 21 Feb I told agent I need to keep my prepaid number.
I rang yesterday to request it. It has now been more than 24 hours and I was just on hold for 45 min on 084145 after call was dropped.
