I am writing this from my phone because I can not use the 50 150 Gb bundel I bought (cost R1800) from Cell C due to signal problems.
I have bought the bundle given that I am in the high speed signal area according to the CellC coverage map. I have reported the problem to the call centre (reference number 179 88 36) and was promised that an technician will call me to arrange a visit to test and correct the signal. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting for a call.
I am unable to use the service I payed for and expect this to be rectified immediately or refund me in full.
