I sent my Samsung tablet for repairs in early Jan this year. After a 7 week wait, countless calls to apathetic call centre agents and having to pay for a new battery I did not need, I finally received the tablet back, apparently repaired. 4 days later it died again. I once again booked it in for repairs and after 2 weeks, I am told that they need to replace the main board, which needs to be ordered from the supplier. They can't tell me how long it's gonna take, which means it's probably gonna take another 5 weeks!
Why could they not do the proper repair in the first place instead of replacing a battery which was perfectly fine? Why do I now need to wait for a spare part which probably needs to come from Korea? I would much rather have a new device, because these repair guys obviously have no idea what they are doing...
