Data gluttony on iPhone... before its in my hands

I got an iPhone a week ago, converted from Blackberry. My deal is the 750, which includes 250mb / month.

The MTN store at the Norwood Mall spent over 4 hours transferring my information from one handset to the other through a machine. I left there frustrated because it wasn't done correctly, and my phone still wasn't synched.

I checked my data usage that afternoon, something Blackberriers need to get used to, and noted it had already used up over 100mb! So I called the MTN call centre, and they said it happened at 1.40pm, RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of when the transfer was happening. I hadn't even held the phone; only got it at 4.30pm. The transfer was through a physical machine.

The phone was off all of Saturday. On Sunday I checked in on my data usage again, and another odd hundred mb came off, ON SATURDAY, when my phone was OFF. So I immediately bought another 300mb, and asked MTN to get my data back, because it was clearly their fault.

They said they could only do it on the 21st. But now batches of 20mb's disappear for no reason. The 300mb won't make it to the end of the month.

MTN - get my data on track please! And don't wait until the 21st, it may all be gone by then!
