This issue has been going on for the better part of 6 weeks, having reported it to Cell C several times and simply ignored. Despite my phone showing full signal and 3G when im at my office, I cannot connect to any data services including the internet, skype, whatsapp or the like. Cell C keep telling me they will send someone to sort it out and do nothing. I week ago I was given a form for the first time to file an official complaint, and sent the form back to the designated email address. I then received an automated message saying someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours, and still nothing 7 days later. Cell C this is totally unacceptable. i have had prior issues with your cutstomer serivce before and this is the last straw. i never encountered such incompetenece with either MTN or Vodacom prior to signing up with you.
