We applied for an ADSL line for use at home. In early December 2012 they came to do the installation but found that the overhead cable was damaged. A technician came to measure the damaged cable and told me that he will arder the cable and have it replaced during that week - mid December. Up to now nothing has happened and I was informed this morning by the call centre that this might only happen in April as no project to replace the cable has been registered. We are dependant on this line as my son starts college in February and needs it for research. order no: 68765028A.
