Vanie has produced poor service since she became our accounts manager. Failing to deliver our router promptly - leaving us with almost a 2 week down time costing our company thousands of rands. We had to get in our IT guy to repair and fix what MWEB had done and she took no responsibility and refused to pay him his charges. furthermore i queried my statement with her last month and again this month. She has signed us up for a 2Mbps instead of a 4Mbps package. Our first application was always a 2Mbps and in her error she sent through a 4Mbps application i have emails to prove she made an error and still she takes no responsibility for it. I am highly displeased with her poor service and lack of interest in her service. Service like this is expected in Government rendering not private companies!
