On the 07/08/2013, my house was burgled and my wife's mobile phone was. When we realised that the mobile phone was, we called the call centre (808) and reported the and requested the agent to block the phone and sim card. The call centre operator (Vinolia M ref R02546793) then requested the IMEI number which we did not have available. Her response was that she could not assist. We then called the regional office and requested the IMEI number. We were transferred to another dept and spoke to Sicongile H who assisted with the IMEI number. We then called the call centre and proceeded to block the phone.
On the 13/07/2013 while lodging the insurance claim, we were requested the ITC number. We then called the regional office to get the ITC number and was told that the phone was not blocked. We then proceeded to give them the IMEI number and they responded that it was not correct. We were requested to call another number (083 2146750).
After calling all three numbers numerous times and spending close to three hours on the phone we still have not received the ITC number?
