I took out a new contract with MTN on the 02nd Jan at Cavendish and on the 11th Jan i took my phone in for repairs and was told that it would take a week to repair and the store doesnt have loan phones... Mandisa said that i would have news by Wednesday (past) but if not then Friday definitely... i followed up with the store on wednesday and was told by mandisa that a technician hasnt been assigned yet but i should follow up friday (today) which i have and was told by Yaseen that i will only probably get it by next week tuesday/wednesday... this is unacceptable as this could possibly not be the way you treat new contract customers with a phone that's just over a week old!.your customer service agents should give definite answers instead of having to follow up every second day and still not have an answer as to when i will get my phone back... Yaseen said that he would phone the technician but i havent received feedback from him yet so as i can't get answers, i insist on a new phone today still! even if its from another store which is closer to me!
