After 4 personal visits and 3 phone calls, CellC has failed to change my Debit order from the 28th of the month to the 1st of the month. I went to the branch four times and every time they said: "Sir, it is fixed and will go off correctly next month". Bull twang, it has not been fixed. In fact, I was there on Saturday, 23 Feb 2013 and changed it again and without surprise I phoned this morning, 25 Feb where after the girl informed me it is still on the 28th. Is cant understand how difficult it can be to change the date of a debit order. In the meantime my internet contract has been Hot lined because the debit orders go off incorrectly and my account is left unpaid. CellC - the third network, I think that is spot on if you ask me. Help if you want to.
