I have several contracts with Vodacom. The coverage at my house is terrible! My voice calls are dropped and my data downloads either takes forever or does not happen at all! I logged a call in January and they phoned back several times asking the same questions, treating me like the "uneducated" user. Eventually they came to my house and tested the signal and confirmed that the signal on my data is terrible and they will instal a booster to rectify my data connection issue. I asked if it would also rectify my voice call issues. She said it won't, so she will diarise and have both fixed after the Afcon cup. It is now 2weeks later and still no service!

I tried to phone her but she does not pick up her phone nor does she phone back!

Maybe I should cancel my debit orders, as I am paying for non existing services!
