As per our telephonic conversation, please refer to debits done by Virgin for Card number: 1430714489

As explained, my partner did join when you guys ran a special of having the first month free. Following this he decided to move over with Vitality. The advisor at Bell air Virgin Active advised him that he could make the once off membership payment over 2 payments of R475 hence the first payment made on the 02 Feb 2013

You will also see below that although payment was made, Virgin debited him for R539 on the 01 Feb 2013 and thereafter on the 04 March 2013

According to our agreement, we only owe a balance of R475 and we are not sure why we were debited another R539

We have been awaiting the refund since the beginning of Feb and still no funds have been received.

You advised that the refund was processed and FNB has not refunded the money however FNB will not hold back funds belonging to us. Should you be sure to make such statements, I will take it up with FNB and your complaints department.

We have made 2 payments of R539 x 2 = 1078 - R475 which we still owe = R603 is the refund due to us.

Please can you ensure this is escalated
