I have been waiitng for Virgin Mobile (Kagiso Geotime) to send back my memory card for 2 weeks now already, everytime I phone I get told he's busy and will respond to my email, but to date nothing!!! I have the same problem as so many other people complaining about the over-charging on my blackberry. There is something wrong & this is just sickening to see how a compnay is taking so many people for a ride. Im sure Richard Brandson will be devastated to see how his company is being run... it's absolutely rediculous.
Not only does Kagiso Geotime, but Ashlee Jurakan (manager) & Shaldon Josephs the Operations Manager ignore all my email. What are these people doing, what is Virgin Mobile doing? Apparentely they need to all go for training as to how to treat there customers... Virgin Mobile is a joke & I will never do business with them every again & that all just because of the people that work there!!!
