I decided to port my three Virgin numbers to Cell C. I went in to the branch in Kolonnade and was helped by a young lady, Elme. It was close to closing time and we had to wait a little and this resulted in her having to do the paper work for three contracts and work past closing time. She was friendly and did her best to try speed up the process to help us as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately she was delayed because of Virgin not having cancelled the contracts as they had informed me earlier in the day. Virgin would not release the numbers and so I was forced to leave the phone there so I could sort it out tomorrow. Thank you Elme for your excellent attitude and service. My daughter and I were very impressed and after the terrible experience I have been having with 8ta and Virgin you really made my day. It was not your fault we could not complete the transaction today, but I am confident between the two of us we will sort it out soon. Keep up the good work.
