Nothing Works as Advertised!

I am not sure what exactly I need to complain about, is it coverage, is it mobile internet service itself?
I am a self employed individual that is dependent on my internet service to be running optimally anytime day or night because if it doesn't I lose business!
I have been having issues with the internet connection the last week where I cannot connect properly to anything!

I need to e-mail clients, pay suppliers and my account etc. and cannot in heavens name access anything on the internet.

I was referred to Cell C by a very close friend that was highly impressed with your products and service, but I am not.

It took me 45 minutes just to complete this whole process, totally unacceptable!

If this is going to continue I will have to cancel my contract with you and take my business elsewhere.
