Ad reception, bad signal, bbm always off

I ported two weeks ago to cell c for the new Z10 deal, because it was well priced and quite a few perks, data and minutes.

this is the first time in my life I am using cell c, what a shocker .how can they and say you have the power in your hands, when it is more like a "dead" phone in your hands

bad signal, calls dropping, bbm always off, have to reset the z10 like 50 times. how can a person enjoy the new z10 with this bad signal

I could not even download a 56kb picture I mean really that is really bad.

I guess we have to believe the saying "what you pay is what you get"

so don't get duped into this good deals I advise you stay away

and I don't know how they going to fix this because everyone in the country is complaining.

I'm sure I can take this to the lawyers because I am not getting the service I pay for.
