Dear Public,
I cancelled my 12 month Cell C contract on 25 October 2011 which expired in September 2011.
My bank account was then debited as follows:
28Dec2011 CELL C SP 14707758 104787507 -1226.94
28Jan2012 CELL C SP 15690505 104787507 -1162.58
28Feb2012 CELL C SP 16672377 108043201 -2059.72
After complaining my bank account was credited as follows:
24Mar2012 CELLC SP*000000000017356978*44 979.72
I have been emailing Cell C ever since. I am unable to deal directly with Ebni Abdullah Abrahams who seems to have the final say. The branch are powerless to help customers.
According to Cell C's Abrahams:
* I used (R28.58 excl VAT) data on the sim in November 2011 (despite cancelling on 25 October 2011 and being told that the sim automatically converts to prepaid on cancellation)
* I was due to pay a subscribtion of R1130 for January 2012 (despite giving 1 month notice on 25 October).
*I was refunded R979.72 in March 2012 and therefor I am only owed R150.28.
I have documented proof of my cancellation on 25 October, all my bank statements showing the debits as well as all emails between Cell C and myself to prove Cell C is wrong.
I cannot describe how poorly I view Cell C
