Payments not reflecting

In January I paid Nashua Mobile close about R250. On the 23rd of Feb I go there to equire howmuch I owe and I'm told I owe about R400. Which couldnt be the case as I was supposed to owe for that particular month. I went back the following day with the slip I received the previous month and it determined that they had debited the wrong account. I was advise they were going to change that. on the 11th of March I receive a call from Nashua telling me my account is in arrears which couldnt be the case.
Please advise.
