My 2year contract expired and I personally went to the shop to cancel my contract on 6 September 2011. This serve as a month notice of termination of service which Cell C neglected to obey and continued to deduct my money until November 2013. Upon following this transactions that took place they only put the account on prepaid as of 20 November 2013 without any reinbursement made from bank account since October 2011 till November 2013.
