We reported our internet and phone line not working on the 6th May. After numerous calls and emails all we can be told is that a technician is working on it and if there is a problem we should call them - bit hard to do when you don't have a phone line!!! We are now paying extra by using 3G cards and cellphones to run our business. Who is going to reimburse us for that amount??? My biggest concern is that I have been reporting our internet or phone line not working nearly every week for the last year or more.
How come we have to pay for a service but don't receive any service or back up - how are you supposed to run a business in this country??? Telkom makes it impossible actually!!!
