Unauthorised billing and deductions of money

I did an uprgrade in July 2013
Sales guy Cole called me to do theupgrade, got a 9360 blackberry ph, monthly deductions were to be 279.00 each month, theynow deducted R 994-00 last monh and never give me details as to why they deducted that amount, and i have been calling Virgin Mobile every day, to date no one ever came back to me, now i get another statement for the amount of R 549, 00 and still never giv me details,
after sales is pathetic and i personally will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to VIRGIN MOBILE,
they NEVER return calls and NEVER responds to emails,

i am a very UNHAPPY CLIENT as i have been with VIRGIN MOBILE for 5 years now.
