After I booked in blackberry on the 8th of Feb for a white screen issue, they called me a week later and told us the problem was software, at home we switched it on but came on with a white screen. So we took it back and they send it away again, week later I went to fetch the phone and decided to switch it on in the shop, again came on with a white screen but this was a "new" device they said, so I booked it in for the third time and received it on the 8th of March but this time without a battery, they have a bad attitude and told us there was no battery included, but I know I gave it in with a battery and it says so on the job card. They never call back, never give feedback and have a no service thing going on. So for Feb I am going to pay for something I don't have and cant use and Vodacom just doesn't care. Come to Nashua Mobile, at least they have people who care.
