Once again BAD SERVICE

I went into Eastgate Branch on the 2nd FEBRUARY thinking I would get better service than that of the Glen. IM WRONG YET AGAIN. I dealt with Vicky Papageorgiou who assured me that I would be assisted. Reason for me to go in was that I needed to claim for my lost cellphone. Their systems were offline and she said that she would send me the insurance claim form, I only received this on Tuesday. After completing the form I send this back, but apparently she didnt receive it. I HAD TO DO CONSTANT FOLLOW UPS as not once did she think of replying. After a few weeks I went back into the branch and I think I spoke to Mpho, alot more helpful. but apparently they have the wromg IMEI number. I then gave her the correct number, and then a week past and still nothing. On friday I then went back to Eastgate and Vicky wasnt there. Another gentlemen told me that there is no insurance on this contract, so nothing is being processed. AFTER 6 WEEKS THIS IS WHAT I GET TOLD. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. IT HAS COST ME A FORTUNE IN CALLS AND PETROL AND APPARENTLY THE INSURANCE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Now I must go to Bracken to sort this out. I have never received such shocking service. It never ends
