I-Phone 4 went in for repairs now its Missing

I first completed a claim form but as my phone was replaced by Apple I received a new IMEI Number so I had to prove that I was claiming on a correct phone. MTN in Tableview had all the information and passed it on (after 2 weeks Porch claims he never received it yet I have proof that it was sent) This was sent again to Porch and his Supervisor Donovn (He has never bothered to make any contact). Finally I had complete a new claim form. A week later I am told that it has all been approved and that I need to pay R150 excess which was paid now after various phone calls (I had to make) It looks like they have lost the phone altogether. I have chased this a number of times with promises to get back to me. TO date I have had no response and had to call again this morning only to be told that they would get Porch to contact me. At this stage I clearly indicated that I would report this on Hellopeter if they fail to respond. I am at a loss here as they are probably the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. MY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Very unhappy client! Your motto should read "Pay us monthly and when you claim we find every reason in the book not to process it"
