Statements received late

Kindly note as telkom often posts our statements late for the following numbers as we check our post box daily.

Bills have been received yesterday 12 march 2013 and yet the bill total is due for 4 march 2013. This is not good business ethics as than you quick tocharge penalties and interests.

One has a reputation to uphold as the record which you have on your system for my self for the following numbers. Have never defaulted this is to say we have always paid on time. Unless you have delayed our mail. We will pursue this matter with small claims courts should we incur charges unnessacarily as these are mitigating circumstances.
