I signed up for a Cell C R99, 2GB package for my iPad, the sales consultant confirmed to me over the phone that when the data ran out I would need to load more, this happened fine for a few months and when the data ran out I was presented with a please recharge logo on Safari, in January I was Debited Over R660.00 for Data,
When I called Cell C on February 27 2013 I was told it would take 48 working hours (5 business days) to pull the call and resolve the situation, I have called many many times since then only to be told that it has been escalated and that someone will contact me. Today I called again now the 11 March 2013 (8 working days later)
I was informed that NO action has been performed to date.
I am highly upset with Cell C and if this is not resolved by Friday I will happy consult my attorney's as to a course of action against Cell C for misrepresentation and I will also happy see how many news papers will publish my story as I have many many friends in this industry.
