Cell c has been my service provider for years but their service is pathetic!!! I have 4 contracts of which I changed banking detais last year february so that the bills go off from each persons account. I contacted the call centre various times but they always told me I have to send them a letter in writing. I have done so thrice but it still hasn't changed! They mixed up all the banking details and every month since the beginning of the year I called to change it but got no joy out of it! I have asked for team leaders contact details many times but the call centre consultants say they not allowed to give it. When I managed to get hold of a team leader she was just as pathetic as her staff! I have considered putting a stop order on their deductions but then it would lead to my name being blacklisted due to their negligence!!! I am sure after all the premiums they collected all these months it should be enough to cover all my contracts till they up for upgrade! If the call centre does not catch a wake up then cell c will soon be exposed in the media and they will lose more cutomers rather than gain them!!!
