International Dialling Deposit

Early January I under protest paid Vodacom SP R 1, 500.00 to activate International Dialing after I just ported from Autopage.

Very little knowledge of the customer support on how the deposit works was very worrying at that point and I reluctantly paid the money under protest, for Vodacom holding me at ransom and me unable to do my daily job which included international calls.

On the receipt it clearly stated that "Your deposit will be credited to your account after a period of 3 months", so being proactive I call 082 111 this morning to find out if they will be depositing the money back to my account at the end of this month.

The response, it will be processed and will be refunded in 90 days... at the end of the month it is 90 days from when the deposit was paid not when I called to request it.

Seriously Vodacom get your act together, I expect this money to be refunded by the end of the month as per your terms and conditions.
