REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On March 11, 2013 i was due for a cellphone contract upgrade from Autopage Cellular. On the day i went into their store in Boardwalk Inwazi Mall, Richards bay i pick the package i wanted, signed etc. When i asked when i will recieve my new phone i was told it will only take 3-4 working days. It has now been 13 working days and not a word from then. After phoning various days last week trying to find out from them if my phone is ready for collection i got told by 2 different people that it will defnitely be there on Friday the 22nd, reason being a delay at their head office. I am really angry in the way that this has been handled. If i chose a 'high end' phone i could still understand it but it is a plain Nokia 100.
If they can't deliver the product or service offered they should not offer it at all.
We as a family are beginning to consider cancelling all our contracts with Autopage!!!
THEY GIVE BAD SERVICE AND I WOULD DEFNITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
