For some reason not of my doing, my 8TA SIM stopped working on Wednesday 6th March 2013. It did not pick up any signal whatsoever. I reported the matter and also spoke to the call centre who told me to get a 'swop' for this SIM card. This I did and the 'swop' cost me thirty five Rands.
On my SIM I had something like one hundred and thirty seven FREE MINUTES and a few Rands.
To date I have had ZERO satisfaction and my SIM is still out of order. I have a complete record of messages and emails between myself and 8TA TM-SOC - whatever that means.
