It has been more than 1 week since i intially lodged my complaint with vodacom's customer care, and a week since i lodged my complaint on hello peter and i still have not had any sort of response or communication from Vodacm!
I have checked my statement to date and the mymeg 250 which i requested be cancelled from the beginning of this month is still being charged to my account.
I have another contract which is due for upgrade this month and for sure i will not be upgrading but certainly terminating if this is the kind of service which i pay for.
The fish really does stink from the head down.
Remove the added extras i did not request to be added to my account and we can move on and call it a day!!
Good riddance to bad rubbish!!!
