The last couple of months I have noticed that my bill from vodacom has been unusually high, which I had assumed was because I was making a few more calls during peak hours than I normally do. I do not have itemised billing because I don't often call during peak hours, and I mostly use bbm to communicate with friends and family during the day. I had a look on my account on the vodacom website today and saw that even though I have BIS, I am still being charged for data! What was the point of me having BIS, if I am still going to be used for the data that I use on my blackberry?! I don't even download anything on my phone, so it would be impossible for me to reach the amount that I am being charged for just on bbm and whatsapp! I want vodacom to tell me what is going on, and what they are going to do about it!
