I was sold a contract over the phone in November 2012 and when I got my first account I saw that it was NOT what was agreed upon. I immediately logged a call - on 10th December 2012. I was promised a response within 5 to 7 working days. After no response, I called again on the 20th Dec, the 4th Jan and again today. There is ALWAYS an excuse and my problem is not being resolved.
