LOST PROPERTY, INEFFICIENT SYSTEMS & BAD ATTITUDE

My blackberry screen cracked 8 months ago. I took it in for repairs at vodacom. They lost my paperwork and 7 months later admitted that they had lost the device. It was replaced with a refurbished unit that doesn't work. I went in this morning to address it & was told to book it in & it could take several days to rectify. I called for the manager & was told that she was out on a smoke break, would be notified & be back in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, still no manager. I left my business card & asked that she call me. When I got downstairs, I discovered that she had been there all the time and felt it was a priority to sort shirts for her team, rather than help a customer. I took out iPad contracts 4 months ago. The incorrect SIM cards were issued & meant another trip back to the store to rectify it. 4 months later, 1 of the SIMs are still not functioning after a number of hrs spent trying to sort the problem out. They also cant tell me which number belongs to which SIM for us to manage the data usage. I ordered a laptop 10 days ago, was told it would arrive in 2 days, still no feedback. I have no signal at home, reported it 6 weeks, was told we'd get a booster, still nothing!
