VODACOM CONTINUES LEGACY OF BAD SERVICE 13YEARS ON

I took delivery of an ipad mini on contract on Aug31, On October 4, after just 1 month in use, the screen froze on theipad. I took it to the iStore in Vodaworld who said that they dont supply Vodacom but a co called Core does and I would have to take it back to where I got it&they would have to replace it since they do not do repairs on ipads in SA.However, at VodacomBoulders, David said they would have to book it for repairs for 7-10 days. When I asked for a loan device to use in the interim, since I would still be billed for my ipad&not able to use my data which I need for business I was told they have none and only when I complained, was told I would get microsim adaptor to use on my laptop the following day which never happened, despite several calls and emails I made to follow up, I asked David to check the good condition of the ipad which had been in a cover since delivery&screenprotector, nevertheless, after Core had it shipped to their premises, they mailed to say there were now chip marks on the back&screen! They are replacing the ipad now but have ALSO lost info, &my screenprotector-ALL WITH NOT 1 APOLOGY.ALSO I DISCOVERED ON MY ID WHICH GOT POOR RESPONSE FROM VODAWORLD
