MTN people are manipulative freaks that don't know anything about customer service but only care about the money they get from its consumers. In July last year i upgraded my phone in Menlyn Pretoria while i8 was on holiday, the phone gave me problem, eating up all my airtime. Even when MTN deposits my airtime on the 20th, i don't get to see it as its gone. The last time i enquired they credited my account with R100 for the peoblem, but now even after a Samsang technician from Gatemax in Umhlanga closed all the unneccsary updated, this eats up all my recharges. I have been insulted trying to query this by MTN consyltant called Thabang. This is a swervice. Today I was very upset in Lalucia as Adil one of their consultants told me that the phone was designeed to eat up airtime through updated that run on my phone.
