Since the first week of my contract I have had endless issues with the service at altech autopage.
My blackberry broke within the first ten days and had to go for repairs. i was given different advice from every person i spoke to from the call centre and at the springfield branch. this eventually ended by being verbally abused and threatened by the person at Springfield Altech Autopage.

Now two years later i can not tell you how thrilled i am to be able to cancel my contract. Except that proves to be a challenge in itself. I was told by the call centre to notify them in writing that i wish to cancel my contract and to then follow up 30 days later to confirm the cancellation on that day. when i called back 30 days later i was told (by a disgustingly rude woman) i would have to wait another 30 days and that the contract would only expire at the end of the next month. At the end of THAT month i called to confirm that the contract would be cancelled, i spoke to a nice gentleman who told me that the contract would be cancelled on the 28/09/2013. That day has now come and gone and my contract has still not been cancelled.

What is wrong with these people!
