No signal

I moved to a new nabourhood in Pretoria and have no signal on my phone inside my house. After trying several times to speak to the customer care people, and them promising to phone me back it's been a week and nothing has changed and no one has contacted me. To make things even worst, one of the call centre agents during one of several calls asked me to go and stand outside in the rain so she can hear me.

I just want to be able to to speak on my phone, without having to run around my garden trying to get signal.
