Still no feedback from MTN - signal not working

On Nov 4th 2013 i wrote a report on this site about signal problems..see complaint below

Since a week or two i do not get any signal on my mobile phone when i am at home. In my house, my phone picks up no MTN signal at all..constantly on "SOS"... yet if i walk onto the street i start to pick up very weak signal.

this was not the case..i used to get very strong 2G inside and outside my house but something has gone wrong on MTN side!

i stay in 550 Bengal Street, Laudium, Pretoria, 0037

Please can this be resolved as it is a dangerous place and no signal means i cannot contact anybody if i really need to!
