No promised ref. numbers

Gave call centre a buzz last Saturday afternoon, and requested help with two qeuries. Agent informed me that escalation will be done, as he is unable to answer questions positive. Told me that ref. numbers will be smsed.

Monday morning, still no ref. number. Called call centre again. Could not see a service complained logged, hence no ref. number. Asked agent to track previous agent, and find root of problem. Told me he will do.

Tuesday. Still no feedback. Phoned call centre. Spoke to lady, and was told she wil get hold of both agents, and i can expect ref. numbers by 20h30 on latest Wednesday evening, if someone did not call me by then. She will personally oversee that this happens.

Wednesday evening, after 21h00.Still nothing. Used the online chat function on Vodacom webpage. Chatted to lady, whom again promised sun and moon, and will return to me next day with answers. Even have transcripts of conversartion, mailed to me by customer care.

Still no feedback!

During the last couple of months, i clearly saw Vodacom going downhill, with service, signal strenght ect, but never imagined things to get this bad.

This is by far the wost service i have EVER received from ANY company in the WORLD.
