I have wrote a hellopeter complaint about this before to MTN - No one Phoned me back with any feedback.
I have moved from Vodacom after 14years to MTN because i had no signal at my house and my House-mate was at MTN and had full signal.
For the past 5 months now - the same with MTN - we are 3 people living in broadacres fourways with no signal, cant make phone-calls, can't receive phone calls without being cut-off or get any messages thru whatsapp.
I need a solution asap or i want to be relieved from my contract and so does my house-mates. Unacceptable.
