After transferring my fully functional domain to Afrihost several days ago I have had nothing but trouble with my website. Our business depends entirely on our website, and it has been non-functional for 3 days now. I have spent at least 90 minutes in phone calls to them (mty cost), and countless e-mails and support requests. The support staff are not at all equipped to answer any queries above basic level, and the response time is appalling. I managed to point out their fault in setting up a DSN for my Access database, and have sent several support mails through to request further assistance, but to no avail. Their free bandwidth offers are very nice and enticing but if you're serious about web hosting look elsewhere. They offer NO support after hours and very dubious support during office hours. Unacceptable.
