Transferring of a domain

I am officially done. I have spent over an hour in the last two weeks trying to resolve the move of a domain name [URL Removed]

First, the company the domain is being transferred to, requested an EPP code which is needed when you transfer a [URL Removed] I spoke to Afrihost who said that they don't deal in EPP codes and that they are unable to provide me with one. This was on live chat.

I fed this information back to the new hosting provider, who said that it is impossible for them to accept the domain unless they obtain this EPP code.

I have since spoken to 4 different representatives trying to resolve this and on Friday I finally received an EPP code. Each call taking no less than 25mins at a time (holding time averaging 15-20 minutes).

My domain was cancelled on Friday (which was only due to be cancelled at the end of Feb). The site is down and I am still holding for another call after being cut off. This is after I gave the support guy (Themba), my number to call back in case I get cut off - no avail.

So my site is down, I have wasted 80 minutes of time on the phone and I am out of a site. I am done!
