I am appalled by the disregard Nashua Mobile has for their customers. I make my payments to you monthly but when it comes to you delivering on your end, it is an uphill battle.
I got a black berry bold 9900 on contract less than a year ago (still under warranty) the phone has been resetting multiple times a day and as a result the battery life is almost non existent.
I called the Elardus park branch yesterday and was told they had set aside a loan phone for me and that I could bring the phone in for what might be 2-30 days. I arrived there today find temporary staff that proudly said they didn't know anything and they can't help me.
I tried phoning the Moreletta, the grove and glen village branches and to my shock, none of them answered the phone, despite several attempts. I finally arrived at the glen village store and as I stood in store I dialed the number and she ignored the phone.
When I asked if she had loan phones available, she smiled and said no. So my next question was: what do you expect your customers to do? To which she replied she doesn't know. So I politely ask her to call another branch she calls the grove and surprise surprise no answer.
