8ta hasn't ported my number from Vod after 11 days

I am a high end cellphone user running a large auditing practice of 40 staff and my cellphone is crucial to my business. I attempted to move to 8ta on their new iphone package unlimited deal for R1199 a month. I am now waiting ten days for them to port my old number across. My order number is 33648569A. DC Pillay at the Shelly Beach store in Southern KZN (manager of the store) maintains that he cannot escalate this problem further than an email. Joash at the store is incompetent and rude and deserves to be disciplined in my opinion. Hein at the store has tried his best to help the problem but also maintains that they can only send emails. When I asked them what would happen if the store blows up, or someone robs the store, or no one pitches up for work - they said that they still communicate via email - there is apparently no senior sales manager or responsible "human" decisionmaker. If this is true, its a poor way to run a company

If my number does not get ported within 7 days, i have given them notice of my intention to cancel the contract due to non delivery and sue under the consumer protection act.

its sad that 8ta is chasing away high volume users
