Still waiting for my new phone

Dear Vodacom,

I requested an upgrade for a new phone on the 03rd of March (order number U468728 and quotation number 7375954) to be couriered to the addressed i gave online which clearly states that I should expect delivery within t 3 to 5 days after placing the order. Today it is the 18th March, my phone has not been delivered, but my account has been billed already - lucky me.
On the 14th March i sent an email to enquiring about my phone, instead of getting a positive feedback one of your call center agents (Zubeida Pregnolato) sends me a response on the 15th March to let me know that he/she got the message at 21h14 and therefore can not attend to my query. Talk of customer service - i must say that did not really impress me at all.
When can I expect my phone to be delivered?
