No response and hold for 30 mins for a consultant

I am currently holding on my second call - first was 30 mins holding and cut off as answered. I have been awaiting a response on a contract cancellation from Vodacom since Saturday 2nd May. I recently moved into a new complex where I have no signal - phone sits on SOS, I had been told they know about the issue and will motivate a cancellation as they say a tower is zoned for the area but only in 6-12 months. When I eventually get through I get told they have no information for me. Nobody gets back to me and I constantly sit on hold. I cannot sit with no access to a phone and need a cancellation so that I can move to another provider with my same number (Cell C and MTN as well as 8ta offer signal in the house). However I cannot do this until Vodacom actions my claim. This is an absolute joke with no answer a week tomorrow. Vodacom needs to wake up. especially with the competition and better rates from other providers available. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME!!!
