A Meaningless Credit Limit

I have had a data stick contract with Vodacom for about a year now. I normally spend about R200 to R500 a month on the account. This gives me 2gigs anytime plus 2gigs night-owl usage (that I have never used).
My "credit limit" is set on R1000, but this morning a debit order of R4383.80 went out of my account!!!

Why bother with giving be a credit limit, if you can't implement it? Staff on 082 155 says that just the way it works!

How about protecting your clients? Instead of simply just taking our money!

Now I don't have any money left for the rest of the month. Today is the 8th March, next week I have planned to go on leave. Now my life is a mess!
