A light at the end of a very dark Tunnel

Good Day team,

After almost 2 months of battling with every call centre agent under the sun, numerous network log sheets filled in, customer service emails unanswered, 9 reference numbers unattended to, countless tweets unresponded to, generic facebook replies with no outcome, I was finally directed to a lady by the name of Nelly Mamotheti when I requested to cancel my contract for the umpteenth time.

Out of everyone I dealt with, this lady went over and above to help me cancel my contract and end this painful process I have had with your network.

She kept me up to date with proceedings as they happened, was courteous, friendly, transparent and did not feed me all the other nonsense and rubbish all the other staff members I have worked with.

I am not sure who to direct this to, but I would just like to acknowledge this impeccable service I received. I hope in future all your staff members are trained the same way.
