My horror started on 03/03/2013 when my line was de-activated. I called Mtn buniss solutions on monday and i spoke to the first agent by the name of Jabulile and was advised to complete forms for migration which i did and emailed back to her. On wednesday Made another call to follow up still didnt receive help. Called today and spoke to melissa and she advised my line will be re-activated and still not active. im loosing alot of business since that my business phone. i have to follow up with mtn everyday just to have my line re activated. i havent received such bad service from a call centre. i so wish to leave everything the way it is but can not since my business relies on that number. im really dissapointed and hurt..
